I inaugurated your cookbook yesterday by preparing Green Beans with Apricots and Almonds. I had all of the ingredients on hand and needed to use my fresh beans. It was a great side dish to serve with planked salmon, home made French bread and tossed salad. So thanks. The recipe is a keeper!
