One down and ??? to go! Had the Zuppa Verde today. Yum!!! The wonderful odors reminded me of my Mom's chicken noodle soup - her homemade noodles & broth. Sure like making my own broth.

I got the cookbook yesterday and made one of the recipes. It was really good! I made the beef stew as I had planned on cooking that and had most of the ingredients. I changed it up a little since I used a crockpot instead of the oven and flour instead of tapioca. It turned out very good. The recipe included some spices I wouldn't have thought to use, and I don't usually add tomatoes, so it was fun to try something new. I'm looking forward now to reading the articles included in the book.
